POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, the Student Worker provides essential administrative support to the Campus Store & Café.

Position-Specific Responsibilities
- Coordinate and complete administrative tasks assigned by the department.
- Handle phone calls, providing information or directing calls appropriately.
- Assist with product placement and fulfillment of both on-ground and online store purchases.
- Perform cash register duties as needed.
- Assist in marketing efforts for the Campus Store & Cafe.
- Conduct store inventory in accordance with established policies and auditor recommendations.
- Participate in training sessions related to the use of cafe equipment.
- Fulfill cafe orders efficiently and accurately.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience using Microsoft software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to problem-solve.
- Criminal Background Verification.
- Enrolled in at least a part-time load as a student (6 hours undergraduate/graduate and 2 hours doctoral)
